Research
My research activities are in control theory, mainly in the estimation, modeling, stabilization, and stability analysis of dynamical systems and applications. I am particularly interested in estimating parameters and in designing observers for nonlinear systems. My research has a strong interdisciplinary component, and my theoretical knowledge is consequently used in this context. My research interests include algebraic approaches for automatic control, parameter and state estimates, numerical derivation, linear delay systems, synchronization and stabilization of multistable systems, human-computer interaction modeling, and biological dynamical systems.
